In-Service Professional Development Sessions

Workshops and training sessions focused on the special needs of long day care or family day care service teams. Topics include

  • Relationships, Routines, Rhythms and Rituals

  • Re-imagining Infants As Capable

  • Making the Early Years Learning Framework Accessible and Visible


Weeknight sessions for an hour are perfect for team meetings, and weekday or weekend day session and great for larger teams or a more intensive workshop for those keen to get into the really meaty stuff.

Home visit

Home visits for expecting and new parents can provide an opportunity to gain support in your preparations or help with routines.

I will come to you for a:

  • Getting Ready For Baby visit

  • Fourth Trimester Support visit

  • General home visit

Available selected weekdays, all weeknights and weekends.


One hour workshops for parents and educators to learn about topics relating to young children. Workshop topics include:

  • Play For Infants- birth to one year

  • Play For Toddlers

  • Relationships, Routines, Rhythms and Rituals

  • The Science of How Babies Learn

Infant-Parent Classes

Small groups of maximum 6 parent/child pairings. These classes are to provide a time for the children to have uninterrupted play, and for the parents to have some quiet respite. These sessions run for 6 weeks and the basics of the Pikler approach will be explained and modelled, with the 6th week being a parent-only session to discuss the outcomes.
